My inspiration starts with repetitive mark making and layering.  Working with paint markers allows me to make very controlled lines on top of a backdrop of chaotic color. I use acrylics, paint markers and watercolors and am drawn to loud neon colors contrasted by muted pastels. I want my work to be a bright spot in the space it occupies.
